Kaseya BMS Quote Export

Overview​

The Kaseya BMS Quote Export extension allows you to add products from a workspace in Adaptive Catalog to a Kaseya BMS Quote.

caution

Currently all products added to a quote must be already synchronized with your Kaseya BMS product catalog via the Kaseya BMS Product Export extension. In a future release of Kaseya BMS, you will be able to add ad-hoc products to quotes without needing to create the products.

Setup​

First follow the steps to install the Kaseya BMS Product Export extension.

Install the Quote Export extension​

  1. Navigate to Settings → Extensions in Adaptive Catalog

  2. Click the Install button to add a new extension

  3. Find the Kaseya BMS Quote Export extension and click Install

  4. Fill out the required fields using the data form the API user. Your URL should be something like bms.kaseya.com

  5. Click the Install button to add the extension

Using the Extension​

  1. From a workspace, click Extensions → Kaseya BMS Quote Export (or the nickname you provided during the extension installation).

  2. Search for the quote you would like to add the products to.

  3. Click the Run button

  4. You should then see a message “Extension ran successfully”. All products that exist in your catalog should have been added to the quote.
